I love that it’s liquid because it reminds you to have that extra glass of water. We’re usually underhydrated and this makes hydration effortless. The flavour is mild, a bit fruity citrus with melon, much gentler compared to other liposomal brands I’ve tried. I mix mine with collagen powder every morning. I use it for antioxidant protection and skin benefits, particularly supporting collagen synthesis from the inside. Also excellent for immune support. The liposomal delivery means better absorption without the stomach upset some people get from standard vitamin C tablets.
