How to use:
Morning and evening: Cleanse, mist, apply moisturiser, seal with Repair Oil. Use Cream Cleanser in the evening only; rinse with lukewarm water in the morning.

About the Product
A lightweight facial oil containing live Lactobacillus probiotics designed to prepare the skin before an aesthetic treatment. It strengthens barrier function and acclimatises the skin to the higher-dose probiotics in the Post-Care Oil used after treatment. Contains 1 million colony forming units of live probiotics per ml. Always used together with the Esse Activator.

£49.00Yelena’s note: This is the product that makes the Pre-Care and Post-Care Oils work. You always use it alongside one of them, never on its own. It releases the live probiotics from the oils and feeds them with prebiotics so they can do their job on your skin. We use it in every SkinPen aftercare protocol in the studio. Simple to apply, and it adds hydration through hyaluronic acid which is exactly what skin needs when it’s recovering.

Releasing and activating live probiotics from Pre-Care and Post-Care Oils, providing prebiotic nourishment for beneficial microbes, reducing inflammation, increasing skin hydration, buffering skin pH to the correct level for probiotic growth, supporting recovery after microneedling, laser resurfacing, chemical peels, and radiofrequency treatments.

About the Product
A water-based activator used in conjunction with the Pre-Care Oil (before treatment) and the Post-Care Oil (after treatment). It acts as an emulsifier to release the live probiotics from the oils and provides a prebiotic mix to nourish them. Hyaluronic acid reduces inflammation and hydrates the skin. This product is essential to the Esse Aesthetics system and should not be used on its own.
ESSE Eye & Lip Cream
£45.50Yelena’s note: This does two jobs well, which is why it’s stayed in my kit. It hydrates and protects the eye area without weight or irritation, and it works as a treatment layer under lip balm when lips are compromised. The formula is built around Hyaluronic Acid for plumping, Rooibos and Olive Leaf for antioxidant protection, and Rosehip and Jojoba for barrier repair. In treatments we apply it to clients’ lips at the start and leave it working throughout the facial, then layer Lena Wild Lip Care Treatment over the top before they leave. Chapped lips respond well to this combination – the hydration holds and the texture softens.
About the product: A rich but light-weighted cream packed with actives to protect the skin around the eye and lip areas. Hyaluronic Acid hydrates and a combination of antioxidants fight the signs of ageing. BIOME+ Level 2 and 3 formulation indicates high levels of prebiotics (Inulin and Alpha-Glucan Oligosaccharides) and probiotic extracts used to shift microbial populations at the expense of pro-ageing species. Plumps and softens. Improves the appearance of fine lines. Healing and regenerating. Ideal for even the most sensitive skins.

Not your average drugstore water with a trace of hyaluronic acid promising miracles. This one actually plumps and boosts because the ingredient list is solid, not filler-packed.
About the product:
Hyaluronic acid holds ten times its weight in water. It hydrates deeply and plumps instantly, helping everything you layer on top penetrate better. Contains one million inactivated Lactobacillus bacteria per ml alongside extracts of lysed bacterial cells. Research shows topical probiotics can strengthen barrier function and reduce transepidermal water loss. A prebiotic blend of inulin, alpha-glucan oligosaccharides, and yacon root feeds beneficial microbes on your skin. Myrothamnus extract from the Namibian resurrection plant is rich in antioxidants and delivers moisture that lasts a full day. Rooibos and olive leaf extracts protect your collagen and elastin from breakdown.
