Yelena’s note: This is the product that makes the Pre-Care and Post-Care Oils work. You always use it alongside one of them, never on its own. It releases the live probiotics from the oils and feeds them with prebiotics so they can do their job on your skin. We use it in every SkinPen aftercare protocol in the studio. Simple to apply, and it adds hydration through hyaluronic acid which is exactly what skin needs when it’s recovering.

About the Product
A water-based activator used in conjunction with the Pre-Care Oil (before treatment) and the Post-Care Oil (after treatment). It acts as an emulsifier to release the live probiotics from the oils and provides a prebiotic mix to nourish them. Hyaluronic acid reduces inflammation and hydrates the skin. This product is essential to the Esse Aesthetics system and should not be used on its own.

Always use together with the Pre-Care Oil or Post-Care Oil. Dispense 2 pumps of the Activator with 1 to 2 pumps of either oil. Emulsify together with fingertips and apply to the treatment area twice daily.

ESSE Deep Moisturiser
£58.00Yelena’s note: Lightweight but does the job well. Perfect for someone who needs hydration and an antioxidant boost without a thick moisturiser layer. As someone with larger, more prominent pores who can get congested and breakout-prone especially in my luteal phase, this moisturiser has been a firm staple for me. Like all ESSE products, I appreciate the formula. It focuses on feeding the skin with the right ingredients — antioxidant-rich rooibos and baobab extract, but also lightweight lipids like jojoba and manketti seed oil.
About the product: Hydrates and balances without leaving greasy residue or dry patches. Contains probiotic and prebiotic extracts to strengthen barrier function and support your skin microbiome. Hyaluronic acid delivers moisture, while omega-3 oils from jojoba, marula, manketti and yangu improve lipid barrier function. About the product:
