Post holiday detox and extra hydration

I don’t know about you, but when I am on holidays I truly mean it. So, it is my time for a daily ice cream, snacks (for most of them I am avoiding to read the labels, just to ensure I can fully enjoy them) and frequent indulgence in wine. Of course, as a skincare formulator, I try to be mindful about the excessive sun exposure, apply SPF generously and stay in the shadow during the peak sun hours. However, I can notice some congestion and lack of plumpness in my skin.

It is now time to support my body while it is eliminating all my holiday overindulgence. So I am going back to basics with warm drinking lemon water.⠀

I start my day with a large glass of filtered water and some squeezed lemon, and also drink it throughout the day.⠀

This simple drink helps to keep hydrated and assists your body to naturally detoxify. It can help to relief bloating, constipation and to effectively clear out any unwanted waste elements.⠀

The vitamin C found in lemons help to fight free radical damage and keeps the body producing collagen. Say hello to a fresh looking skin and feeling great!⠀

Remember, small positive changes and habits what helps us to see long term results, look and feel better!
